What is a qualified lead?
A qualified lead is a customer request submitted through PactLeads’ own forms with the customer’s recorded consent. It must match your trade and service area and include at least one valid contact method. Requests are checked before delivery, and a person approves every delivery. A request is shared with a maximum of 3 matched businesses, only with the customer’s consent.
Plan credit allowances are Starter 3, Growth 8, and Pro 18 lead credits per month.
Full lead and credit terms are confirmed with founding members in writing before billing begins.
